Test resolve for dotenv streaming issue that occurs when streaming from script to stdin via curl.
Also correct TNI_CONFIG_PATH as mentioned in readme.

Tested from new branch with success. Issue related to https://github.com/theskumar/python-dotenv/issues/499 perhaps.
